At Maa Shanti Sweets & Snacks, we pour love and care into every sweet and snack we prepare. Our products are made fresh and delivered with the promise of quality and taste. We truly value your trust and satisfaction.

Because sweets are fresh and perishable, we follow some simple guidelines when it comes to returns, refunds, or cancellations.


🚫 Returns Policy

Since our products are edible and perishable, we are unable to accept returns once the order has been delivered or picked up. This is to maintain hygiene and safety for all our customers.


💰 Refunds – When It’s Possible

We’re always here to help in case something goes wrong. You may be eligible for a refund or replacement in the following situations:

Wrong Item Received

If you get something different from what you ordered, please let us know immediately. We’ll either send the correct item or give a full refund.

Damaged or Spoiled Product

If your sweets/snacks arrive damaged, spoiled, or unfit to eat:

  • Please take clear photos and contact us within 15 minutes of delivery.
  • After checking, we’ll either send a replacement or refund your amount.

Order Not Delivered

If your order is not delivered due to a mistake from our side, we will gladly offer a full refund.

However, no refund will be possible if the delivery could not be completed because:

  • No one was available to receive the order at the given address
  • The address provided was incorrect or incomplete

We kindly request you to be available at the time of delivery and double-check the address you enter while placing your order. This helps us serve you better and avoid any inconvenience.


🙅‍♂️ Refunds Not Available In These Cases

We won’t be able to offer refunds if:

  • You changed your mind after placing the order.
  • Part of the item was eaten or used.
  • The complaint is raised more than 1 hour after delivery.
  • Delivery failed because of wrong address or no one available to receive it.

🔁 Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 1 minutes of placing it. After that, we usually begin preparing your order, so cancellations may not be possible.

⏳ Refund Time

If your refund is approved, we’ll process it to your original payment method (like UPI, card, or bank transfer) within 5–7 working days.
